Job Description:
A company is looking for a Learning Engineer to apply learning
sciences to educational platforms through data analysis and
engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Extract, analyze, and interpret high volume and variety data from
online instructional applications
Create and maintain analytic tools for automated analyses and
establish data extraction methods
Collaborate with research and psychometric teams to support studies
and manage data expectations
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics,
Educational Research, or related field
At least five years of experience with scientific statistical
software such as Python, PySpark, and R
Minimum of two years' experience with cloud infrastructure like AWS
and relational databases such as SQL
Experience with non-relational data stores and Databricks Delta
Lake
Proven ability to design and develop data pipelines for scientific
use within established timelines
