Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Community Engineer who will
engage with customers in the community and support their technical
needs.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the company in key community forums and build
relationships with customers
Provide code-level assistance and troubleshoot issues for
customers
Curate and scale knowledge resources to enhance community-driven
discussions
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing or technical
documentation role
Foundational knowledge of various frontend frameworks
Experience with JavaScript and React
Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
Experience working in public and engaging with customers
