Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Platform Engineer (PHP) to
architect and implement scalable, cloud-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a platform architecture roadmap in collaboration
with leadership
Lead modernization initiatives and transition from monolithic to
microservices architectures
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and implement monitoring and
incident response solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or
equivalent practical experience
5+ years of software engineering experience with PHP and Laravel,
including 3+ years in platform engineering
Strong experience with Terraform and proficiency in a major cloud
provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience applying Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
principles
Proven mentorship and leadership capabilities in engineering
teams
