Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of FP&A to lead
financial planning and analysis during a period of rapid
growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide financial leadership and mentorship to a team of Financial
Analysts
Deliver timely, accurate financial and operational intelligence to
support business growth
Drive the annual budget and multi-year financial strategic planning
processes
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in FP&A leadership roles; 12+ years in
finance or FP&A
Proven track record in managing FP&A functions for Private
Equity-owned software companies
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field;
advanced degree or certification is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, NetSuite, and related
financial systems
Prior experience supporting M&A activities, including
integrations
