What You'll Do: Lead & Oversee Multiple Projects - Manage multiple construction sites across our communities, ensuring every home is built to McCaffrey Homes' award-winning standards. Foster Strong Partnerships - Work closely with local jurisdictions, inspectors, architects, engineers, and various internal teams, including Sales, Design, Purchasing, Land Development, and Customer Service. Manage Schedules & Teams - Oversee and mentor superintendents and superintendent assistants, ensuring timely project completion while maintaining quality and cleanliness. Solve Problems & Drive Efficiency - Address construction challenges, coordinate with subcontractors, and find solutions to ensure smooth operations. Ensure Compliance & Safety - Uphold SWPPP, safety programs, and McCaffrey Homes' quality control standards. Deliver Outstanding Customer Experience - Strive for 90% or better homeowner satisfaction scores by ensuring top-tier craftsmanship and seamless home delivery. What We're Looking For: Experienced Builder - 5-10 years as a Lead Superintendent in residential construction. Education & Expertise - Degree in Construction Management preferred (relevant experience may substitute). Technical Skills - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications with precision. Strong Communicator - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate across teams and with key stakeholders. Leadership & Organization - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead construction teams effectively. Project Management Proficiency - Experience using project scheduling software to track progress and meet deadlines.
