Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to
manage and optimize their HubSpot marketing automation
platform.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator for the HubSpot platform,
ensuring optimization for campaign execution and data accuracy
Collaborate with the marketing team to build, launch, and monitor
multi-channel campaigns across various platforms
Develop and document standardized processes for campaign execution,
data management, and reporting to enhance operational
efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing operations and marketing
automation, particularly with HubSpot
HubSpot certifications, such as HubSpot Marketing Software
Certification, are a plus
Experience with marketing technology and reporting tools, including
Google Analytics and Salesforce
Strong understanding of data integrations and report building
