Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to drive
the success and scalability of its marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize and automate marketing systems and processes, including
lead nurturing and customer engagement programs
Conduct data analysis to uncover insights that shape strategy and
drive growth
Support end-to-end campaign execution and collaborate with
cross-functional teams to meet marketing objectives
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or similar roles,
focusing on marketing automation and data analysis
Strong experience with Hubspot and proficiency in analytics tools
like Google Analytics and Google Sheets
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Experience in managing multiple projects and creating streamlined
workflows
Experience with ABM strategies or demand generation is
preferred
