Job Description:

A company is looking for a Staff Pharmacist Refill Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

Gather pertinent information from incoming calls regarding medications and review electronic medical records
Address medication-related questions, issues, prior authorizations, and refill approvals
Conduct thorough reviews of patient medication profiles and document encounters in the electronic medical record

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Required); Doctoral Degree preferred
Minimum of 4 years of related work experience (Required)
Licensed Pharmacist in Pennsylvania within 90 days (Required)
Ability to enter into collaborative practice agreements with health system physicians
Proficiency in order processing and clinical judgment in medication review
