Click here.Responsibilities:Were looking for Occupational Therapists to join our Home Health team that serves the special purpose of caring for Valley patients in the safest place to them, their home. In this role, you will provide occupational therapy services to patients, focusing on assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation to help patients achieve optimal functional independence. You will collaborate with a multifaceted team of seasoned therapists, and mid-career clinicians, averaging 25-30 visits per week and establishing individualized plans of care.This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a health system that values learning, growth, and evidence-based treatment approaches. You will work within an interdisciplinary team caring for patients with conditions such as Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Cardiac, Orthopedic, and more.
