Job Description:

A company is looking for an Intellectual Talent Development Associate (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage data processes, track placements, and ensure accuracy in Salesforce
Identify top academic talent and prepare outreach documents to enhance engagement
Collaborate with the funding manager to evaluate graduate student funding applications

Required Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Salesforce or willingness to learn CRM tools
Knowledge of and interest in Classical Liberal ideas highly preferred
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Experience with managing comprehensive datasets
