Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Take end-to-end accountability for multiple squads' project
deliverables
Mentor and guide managers and senior engineers while collaborating
with cross-functional teams
Improve team performance and quality while communicating
effectively with stakeholders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
3+ years of experience managing small to medium software
development teams in an agile environment
5+ years of experience in senior engineering roles, including
designing APIs and tools
10+ years of industry experience
Expertise in C# and managing engineering teams for 24/7 web/SaaS
applications
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or
equivalent practical experience
