sense of urgency.About the Position:The Commercial Loan Processor
II is responsible for processing complex commercial loan
applications, ensuring all required documentation is accurate,
complete, and compliant with all applicable state and federal
banking regulations. This role involves higher responsibility in
loan processing, troubleshooting complex issues, and providing
detailed administrative and compliance support throughout the loan
lifecycle. The position supports loan officers, underwriters, and
credit staff with the closing and servicing of loans.
Essential Duties:
- Review and verify loan applications and supporting
documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, and other
stakeholders to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
- Prepare and process loan documents, including credit reports,
appraisals, and title reports.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local
regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with borrowers to obtain necessary information and
provide updates on loan status.
- Maintain accurate and organized loan files and records.
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise
during the loan processing stage.
- Monitor loan pipeline and manage deadlines to ensure timely
loan closings.
- Demonstrates knowledge of and adherence to EEO policy; shows

- Assures compliance with all Bank policies, procedures and
processes, and all applicable state and federal banking laws,
rules, and regulations, and adheres to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
responsibilities that are specific to the position.
- Follows policies and procedures; completes administrative tasks
correctly and on time, including mandatory Bank Compliance
Training; supports the Bank's goals and values; benefits the bank
through outside activities.
- Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the
trust of others; works ethically and with integrity; upholds
organizational values; accepts responsibility for own actions.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial loan
processing or a related role within the financial services
industry.
- In-depth knowledge of loan documentation, general underwriting
guidelines, and compliance regulations.
- Proven ability to manage complex loan processing tasks with
attention to detail and a high level of urgency.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the
ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet
deadlines.
- Familiarity with loan processing software such as CSI Nupoint,
nCino, or Sageworks Abrigo is preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the
ability to collaborate effectively with team members and
clients.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and
concisely to borrowers, underwriters, and other stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional
education or certifications in finance, banking, or related fields
is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative
team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and
maintain professional relationships.
Compensation details: 25-35 Hourly Wage
