Volt is immediately hiring for a Finisher in Fresno, CA.

As a Finisher you will:

Perform finishing operations on metal enclosures, including grinding, sanding, deburring, and polishing.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet company quality standards.
Operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment to complete finishing tasks.
Work with welders and assemblers to ensure smooth production flow.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and guidelines.
Assist in packaging and preparing finished products for shipment.
Follow work orders and instructions to meet production deadlines.

This is a full time job.

Shifts:6:00 AM- 3:00 PM

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in metal finishing, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
Ability to use grinders, sanders, and other finishing tools efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
Prior experience in welding, fabrication, or metalwork is a plus.
Familiarity with reading blueprints and work orders.
Knowledge of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.


Pay Rate: $20.50
