Job Description:
A company is looking for a Merchant Activation Specialist for a
3-month contract role, working remotely during EST hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the onboarding process for merchants onto the "Going
Out" program
Manage and update merchant data using Google Sheets and other
tracking tools
Conduct outreach to merchants to provide support and ensure
successful activation
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a fast-paced, execution-focused role,
preferably in operations or customer service
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and data management tools
Highly proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage
multiple tasks
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
standards
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes
