Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inside Edtech Success Representative
to join their Customer Success team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain an understanding of digital products and
learning science concepts
Utilize Salesforce and Gainsight to manage sales pipeline and track
customer progress
Conduct training and support sessions for customers, ensuring
successful implementation and usage of products
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years of experience in customer success or software
implementation
Experience with Salesforce and Gainsight preferred
Instructional design, teaching, or coaching experience is a
plus
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
