Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to enhance
sales processes and drive effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to
improve productivity and win rates
Create and manage a centralized repository of sales enablement
materials in collaboration with various teams
Design and deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance the
sales team's knowledge and skills
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a
related field; advanced degree preferred
3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a
similar B2B role
Proficiency in sales tools such as Salesforce and Pardot
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and
deadlines
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make
data-driven decisions
