Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Engineer Enablement Manager to
develop and execute strategies for equipping sales engineers with
the necessary technical knowledge and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales leadership and engineers to identify
performance gaps and create targeted enablement initiatives
Design and deliver training programs and content, including sales
playbooks and technical best practices
Manage the sales enablement platform and analyze performance data
to improve enablement programs
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in sales enablement or sales engineering,
preferably in technology
Strong understanding of the technical sales cycle and solution
selling methodologies
Experience in designing and delivering technical training
programs
Proficiency in sales enablement platforms and sales technology
tools
Knowledge of the data storage industry and high-performance
computing is a plus
