Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Creative - Global Licensed Merchandise.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coach the global creative and product development team
Lead the planning and development of creative assets and style guides
Collaborate with external agencies to execute creative projects aligned with brand standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in licensing and consumer products
Exceptional design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong project management abilities and strategic mindset
Gaming experience preferred
